Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

Replacement shipments are provided at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no cost.

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, as required by applicable law.
